Organized in 1915 as a Fife & Drum Corps, a brass section was added in 1916 and the Band has since evolved from a marching band to a current concert ensemble and parade riding band. For Aleppo Shrine Tour of Duty parades, we are part of the Aleppo parade structure of 16 Aleppo Shrine Units which creates a parade section nearly a quarter of a mile long.
Having been in hundreds of parades over the years, the Band promotes the Shrine in general and Aleppo in particular. This award winning band participates in regional and national shrine events whenever possible.

The Aleppo Shrine Clowns are a voluntary group who work and perform to bring laughter, happiness and peace to young and old alike. They bring momentary relief from the stress, pain and uncertainty of today’s world. The Aleppo clowns are people like you who felt the calling in their life to take some of their valuable time and give it back to those who so desperately need it; the children of the Shrine Hospitals.
The Aleppo Shrine Clowns perform in parades, private business and fundraising events to raise money for the operation of their Hospitals. They also spend time at the Shriners Burns Hospital in Boston entertaining Children who have fallen victim to tragic accidents and the Shrine Circus in Wilmington, MA every April.
If you have the desire to give back some of your valuable time to do this rewarding work we will help you. The Aleppo Clown College meets in the evenings twice a month to be compatible with your work schedule. You will be taught by our own Clown professionals in the art of makeup, costuming, balloon sculpture, magic and much more.
What better way to celebrate Grandparents Day than with a carnival for the whole family? Come to the market for minigames, crafts, and carnival treats!
