Marketspread provides online market-management software and does not participate in day-to-day operations or decision making for your local market. For those questions please contact the market manager. There are 2 ways to contact a market manager.
For Current Vendors
This section is for vendors that have already applied to a market or have been accepted into a market.
- Log into your Marketspread account and click on "Applications" from the left-hand navigation bar, then click on the Overview button, which is the small arrow at right of the market application.
- Now that you’re in the application details you can click on “Comments” in the menu at the top which takes you to the page to send a message to the market manager.
- Click in the comments field and add your questions/comments and when finished, click the blue “Send Comment” below the comment field.
For Vendors that have not applied to a market
If you haven’t applied to a market yet, you will still be able to contact them to ask questions you may have before applying.
- Navigate to https://marketspread.com/
- At the top of the webpage is a search bar where you can click the dropdown button to search for Events, Markets, or Vendors. Select Market and enter the name of the market you are searching and click the search button at the right.
- After you click on the market from the search results, you will be sent to the Market’s profile page and you will see a “Contact” button under the market name. Click “Contact” and you’ll be brought to the bottom of the page in the Contact section where you can click “Send email”.
- A pop-up window will appear where you will provide your name, email address, and the message you want to send to the market manager by clicking the “Submit” button at the bottom of the pop-up to send your message to the market manager.
Note: If the market is not utilizing Marketspread yet, their market profile page will not have a "Contact" button. In this case, we suggest searching the internet or social media to find the contact information.
