Marketspread provides online market management software, but does not participate in the day-to-day operations or decision-making of individual markets. If you have questions about a specific market, please contact the market manager directly.
There are two ways to contact a market manager, depending on whether or not you have already applied to the market.
For Current Vendors
This section is for vendors who have already applied to or been accepted into a market.
Log in to your Marketspread account and click Applications from the left-hand navigation menu.
This will take you to your applications page, where you can select the market you need to contact. Click the overview arrow on the far right of the application.
From the application details page, click the Comments tab at the top.
Then enter your question or message in the comment field and click the blue Send Comment button.
For Vendors Who Have Not Applied to a Market
If you have not applied to a market yet, you can still contact the market manager with questions before applying.
Go to the Marketspread website and click Events at the top of the page. This will take you to the search page, where you can search by location or event name.
Click the market you are interested in from the search results. The market’s information will appear in a window over the map. Then click the View Profile button in the market listing to open the market’s profile page.
From the market profile page, click the Contact button below the market’s logo and name.
A pop-up window will appear where you can enter your name, email address, and message. Click Submit to send your message to the market manager.
Note
If the market is not using Marketspread, its profile page will not include a Contact button. In that case, we recommend searching online or on social media for contact information.
