Adding or Updating Your Cell Phone Number to Receive SMS Texts

If one of your markets uses Marketspread Messenger to send updates by text message, you will need to add your cell phone number to your account. This support article will walk you through how to do that.

To receive SMS text messages from market managers through Marketspread Messenger, you will need to make sure your cell phone number is added to your Marketspread account.

To do this, log in to your account, click your name in the top-right corner of the screen, and select Your Profile from the dropdown menu.

You will then be taken to your user account dashboard, where you can view your basic account settings.

Scroll down to the Account Details section and find the Cell Phone field.

Enter or update your phone number in the Cell Phone field, then click the blue Save changes button.
