If you need to update, delete or change your saved credit card information for any reason, follow these instructions.
First, delete any previously saved credit cards under your user profile. Navigate to your user profile page by clicking on the user icon at the top right of your screen and then selecting “user profile” from the drop down menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of this page, and you will see any saved cards. Click “delete” to delete the saved card.
Then, continue on to add a new payment method by enabling Auto Pay or paying an invoice.
When you go to pay an invoice, navigate to your invoices screen and click “pay” on any due invoice.
On the bottom of the invoice you will have the option to enter a new credit card, and then that card will save to your profile.
If you want to adjust your card on file for auto-pay. Navigate to your applications page, and click on the event application where you wish to edit your auto-pay information.
Then click “update” and you will be able to enter new card information. Be sure to click “update” again on this page to save the card.
