Changing Attendance Dates as a Vendor

This article will show you how to request to attend a market or event date after your initial application if the market or event allows these types of requests.

Sometimes your availability to attend a market or event day changes after you have applied. Some markets required you to contact them directly about attendance changes, but other market and events will allow vendors to update their own availability in Marketspread. This article will show you how to change your market attendance availability if allowed. 

From your vendor dashboard, click "Applications" from the left hand navigation bar, then click on the small arrow next to the event application where you need to edit your attendance. 

 

In this view you will be able to update your attendance for any event that you are not already booked a booth in. 

To add a date simply click on the + Request to attend button as shown below.

 

For dates where you requested to attend your market or event manager can put that date into one of the following statuses

  • Pending (default state)
  • Accepted
  • Rejected
  • Waitlisted

Below is an example where the market or event manager accepted our request to attend from the example above.

 

If your market or event manager books you a booth you will see that date update again with your booth booking details. See the example below:

 

To remove your reqest to attend a date simply click on the red - No longer attend button. Remember, if you are already booked a booth this option will not be available for you to select. See example below.
