Geektastik LLC, formerly 1883 Schoolhouse productions, is our small business specializing in nerdy items for enthusiastic Geeks like us! We are based out of our 1883 Aboite #4 schoolhouse here in Allen County, that we completely renovated into our home in 2016. It is our inspiration and most beautiful space that we have created together. It's here where our ideas come to fruition and carried out in our workshop. All of our products are handmade onsite. We take pride in every single piece we make. Although we do have a successful online Etsy business, we missed working along side other artists and meeting customers face to face! So in 2023, we decided to join the YLNI Barr Street Farmers Market. Every Saturday rain or shine, we are downtown at the market having a ball meeting new customers and making a few friends along the way! So stop on by and say hello, you might find something that makes you laugh or brings you joy, after all there's a little nerdiness in all of us!

Former Indiana Artisan in fine woodworking, Eric Vanstrom and his sidekick, wife of 34 years Michelle, have been creating functional pieces for the home for over 20 years. Now retired and able to pursue his passion full time, Eric has revved up his love for everything Geek! We are a family of nerds and gamers, so it just made sense to do what we love! Make quality nerdy artwork for everyone to enjoy! We also do custom work, so if you have an idea that you want made, he can do it! Just ask!
