Single Estate White Balsamic Vinegar

Our White Balsamic is imported from a small, single estate in Modena, Italy where balsamic vinegars first originated. One single family produces the grapes, makes the wine, ferments the vinegar, and then ages it in oak barrels for 30 years before it's bottled.
