We are a chocolate and confection company founded and operated in Portland, Oregon, and solely owned by an Ecuadorian immigrant. We source most of our raw materials from Ecuador and from local farms. For example we source hazelnuts for our chocolate spread strictly from Oregon and organic dates from California. Our methods of production continue to be labor intensive from roasting the cacao beans all the way to packaging. Our business has grown slowly in the past 10 years since it was built from the ground up and it has remained independent and non-industrial. Our business intends to nourishing people with our deep knowledge of how chocolate can be manufactured in a kind, balanced and tasteful way.
