Salsa del Papa Loco: Jalepenos, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, Mexican Oregano, Lime Juice, Chilies de Arbol, Chipotle, and Morita, Raw Dark Organic Agave Syrup, Tomato Juice, Sea Salt
While I was out of the kitchen having my baby girl my husband Chad and our friend Mike took over salsa making for a few weeks. Papa Loco was born. It is sweet and fruity with a blend of Lime, Mexican Oregano, and dark raw Agave that tastes almost like pineapple. My favorite with Nachos and Chilie Verde tacos.
