ONYX MODE is a Black woman-owned mobile boutique that brings authentic, handcrafted goods directly from Africa to our community. Unlike a traditional retailer, I personally travel to Africa to collaborate alongside artisans in the creative process, helping create many of the pieces I offer. Every item tells a story of craftsmanship, culture, and connection. In addition to artisan-made jewelry, handbags, and accessories, I provide personal waist bead fittings, allowing customers to experience an important cultural tradition in a welcoming, educational setting. My goal is to create meaningful conversations, celebrate African craftsmanship, and offer products that customers cannot find in traditional retail stores.
