Deadon Cabage

Red Savoy Deadon cabbage has a beautiful magenta-red leaves with a light green interior core. It is a medium large variety with firm heads and the characteristic deeply textured leaves. It has a delicious sweet flavor and succulent crunchy texture. Leaves may be eaten raw in salads and cole slaw or cooked to bring out their inherent sweetness.
