This is a traditional style kimchi with a good kick. Cabbage is the star of the show, accompanied by local root vegetables and a seasoning blend of chili, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce. Enjoy this funky fermented side with your favorite Asian dishes or as a salad or sandwich topping. Feel free to munch on it plain as a snack too! This kimchi is not heated during processing, so all beneficial bacteria are alive and well. Local and organic ingredients are prioritized in all of our products.
