Avalanche Bakery is a small-batch gluten-free bakery based in Tampa, Florida. Everything is made in a dedicated gluten-free home kitchen, so you never have to worry about cross-contact with wheat, rye or barley. Dairy-free & Soy-Free options are also offered.
Our classic lineup includes brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies, brownies, soft cinnamon rolls, and seasonal favorites like apple cider donuts and chocolate pumpkin marble loaves and pecan pie brownies. Every item is prepackaged and fully labeled with ingredients and allergens.

I have had celiac disease for 10+ years, and after years of missing regular desserts, I started baking the treats I couldn’t find! I am passionate about baking delicious treats nostalgic to before I was diagnosed as well as creating new and delicious treats I haven't gotten to try before!
