I’m a proud mother of 3 and wife. Originally from Texas where food is a passion and a staple. I lived in Paris in 2005 for 2 years and fell in love with their desserts. Crème brûlée is one of those desserts you really don’t see everyday and I love the idea of bringing it to the public at a very reasonable cost. My work history I use to work in the O.R as a first assistant and left to pursue my passion of being around people and having that interaction. One thing food will do is bring people together and who argues when there is good food around.
