Since 2012, we’ve been bringing fresh, natural, and authentic Latin flavors to our community. 🥑Our signature fresh guacamole, always prepared right in front of customers at the farmers markets made without preservatives or artificial colors, has become a favorite for its vibrant, homemade taste.

And of course, we can’t forget our star: 🥭Mango Salsa, an original recipe loved by everyone for its sweet and tangy flavor. Enjoy it with chips, chicken, fish, or tacos "there’s no wrong way to eat it". We also offer 🍅Pico de Gallo, both spicy and mild, a traditional salsa from our roots with a unique taste our customers rave about. Plus, our refreshing Latin-style Ceviche, an irresistible classic you can enjoy on its own or with crackers or chips.

Speaking of chips… yes, we make those too! Fresh, gluten-free, and the perfect match for all our salsas. Since 2013, we’ve proudly been part of the St. Augustine Amphitheater Farmers Market, and it has truly been a pleasure to share our flavors with this amazing community.
