We are Hamsa's Kitchen, a family-run operation from Bangalore, India. Since moving to Columbus, Ohio seven years ago, our mission has evolved to highlight and share tastes of India through a home-style cooking lens. We prioritise high quality, seasonal and local, organic ingredients wherever possible. Our offerings currently include a delicious Instant Masala Chai, Pudi (a dry seasoning blend) and Prepared ready-to-eat foods made using ancestral recipes, passed down over generations, for you to take home and enjoy through the week.
