Olde World Potica is a Slovenian Sweet bread with a walnut paste filling dating back to the 1500's. Not common to Idaho, it's a Minnesota treat enjoyed for celebrations during Christmas and Easter. Each loaf is approx. 1.5# and completely hand crafted.

As a native Minnesotan, I grew up eating and loving Potica. As an adult, I self-taught myself and family how to make this holiday tradition from decades old recipes. I love to cook and bake and sharing this delicious sweet bread with my fellow Idahoans just seemed like the right way to introduce and share this wonderful Olde World celebratory bread.
