Sandy Bottom Nursery & Homestead is a regenerative family operation in Auburndale, Florida, now in its fourth year of building a productive food forest. We specialize in propagating and growing tropical and subtropical fruit plants—including figs, papayas, mangos, bananas, avocados, and a wide range of other food-forest species—using regenerative practices that rebuild soil health, increase biodiversity, and work with Florida’s climate rather than against it.
Our focus is on strong, well-adapted plants ready for home growers and fellow food-forest enthusiasts who want resilient, productive trees and understory plants. Every plant we offer is raised with care on our homestead so customers receive vigorous stock rooted in living soil.
