The Good Juju Bakery is a licensed cottage food bakery, inspired by and rooted in European tradition. Selling handcrafted, naturally leavened sourdough breads, New York-inspired sourdough bagels, handcrafted German style pretzels, croissant loaves, and Cinnamon Rolls. Every product is made from scratch in small batches using premium ingredients, traditional techniques, and extended fermentation to ensure exceptional flavor and quality. We are passionate about bringing fresh, handcrafted baked goods to our local community.

Born and raised in Germany, I grew up surrounded by the traditions of European baking and a love for good, quality bread. After moving to the US, I found myself missing the flavors and quality of home, which inspired me to start baking from scratch. What began as a personal passion soon grew into The Good Juju Bakery, a small batch cottage bakery where every loaf and pastry is handcrafted with care, quality ingredients, and a little European soul. My goal is to bring a taste of home to the Tampa Bay community, one bake at a time.
