Hi, I'm Verónica! I am a Colombian who has been living in Canada since 2022 with my husband and our two kids. While my background and studies are in Business Administration, the kitchen has always been my true passion.
For me, sharing food is sharing home. Through Happy Bites, I get to blend my administrative experience with my love for baking by crafting authentic, ready-to-bake pastries, pandebonos, and buñuelos.
I firmly believe the best way to understand a culture is to share a meal with them, and I can’t wait to share a little piece of Colombia with you.
