Embroidered Stones

Embroidered Stones are a melding of my love of natural stones, the warmth of felted wool, and the colorful textures of embroidery. I begin by wet felting wool seamlessly around each stone by hand, then by using a variety of embroidery techniques I stitch a colorful mandala design onto the stone.
