Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC)

Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC) is a nonprofit organization serving Sarasota and DeSoto Counties, providing free, confidential services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. In addition to a 24/7 emergency shelter, SPARCC offers a 24-hour crisis hotline, individual and group counseling, legal advocacy, hospital accompaniment, injunction assistance, safety planning, transitional housing support, child and youth services, and community outreach and prevention education.
