Naci Saklica
Nasa Bakery owner and master baker, Naci (pronounced nah-DJEE) Saklica, has honed his craft for over two decades. His story begins in Batman, Türkiye, where, as one of ten siblings, Naci’s interest in using food to unite people was born.
His love for fostering togetherness and his passion for baking led him to operate a successful café in Istanbul for 10 years. There, he developed an uncompromising commitment to quality products and to creating authentic Turkish pastries.
Naci hopes to continue sharing his love of baking in his adopted city of Vancouver. For the past 3 years he has supplied wholesale products to various cafés and is now focused on running his own retail establishment.
This café is his piece of Istanbul, served fresh, daily.
