Compassionate Kitchen

Compassionate Kitchen is a small, family-run company based in Asheville, North Carolina creating certified organic, certified vegan baking mixes designed to make scratch baking simple and delicious. We currently offer two versatile mixes: our Biscuit & Baking Mix, perfect for flaky biscuits, cookies, pies, and more, and our Everyday Mix, a NO OIL NEEDED baking mix ideal for pancakes, muffins, quick breads, pizza dough, and all of your vegan baking essentials.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, which is why our packaging is always fully compostable or recyclable. At the festival, we’ll be serving fresh baked samples so you can taste what our mixes can create before taking a bag home to bake with yourself.
