Saint Pete’s Bakery is an award-winning, family-owned sourdough bakery specializing in New York-Style Sourdough Bagels founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife team David and Maira Rainwater in Stockton, California. What began as a home-based cottage bakery quickly became a farmers-market favorite, with their Sourdough Bagels routinely selling out. Their early success earned recognition in the Bakery category of both the Stockton Record’s Best of San Joaquin Community Choice Awards and the Modesto Bee’s Best in Modesto in both 2023 and 2024 as well as an appearance on Fox 40’s Studio40 LIVE.
