The Sicilian Mom, LLC is a producer-only artisanal kitchen based out of Bitchin Kitchen LLC in Springfield, VA. We specialize in handcrafted Sicilian arancini made entirely from scratch. Following 2026 sustainability and local-first standards, we source our core ingredients—including milk for our house-made ricotta, stone-ground grains, and pasture-raised meats—from Virginia and Maryland farms within 125 miles of Fairfax County. Our mission is to bring authentic Sicilian heritage to Northern Virginia tables while supporting our regional agricultural community.
