I started my business in 2023 out of the back of my vehicle. One day, I watched customers play rock, paper, scissors for my last burrito—and that’s when I knew I had something special. I sold out every single item in the support was amazing. The feedback was over the top. The customers have never experience the mouthwatering flavorful explosion ever. So I brought them a taste of Colorado something that we’re also used to and put my own spin on things. I then looked into buying me a Food trailer and I did just as that.
I’m a creative, self-motivated, and determined entrepreneur who refuses to quit. I hold myself to high standards and always push to be better. My goal is to build generational wealth for my children and show them—and others—that if you stay focused, stay motivated, and stay positive, you can accomplish anything.
