Description
A blend of Gewurztraminer and Riesling from Summerland, BC. Pressed gently and fermented naturally in neutral oak before being bottled before the end of the fermentation. It finished fermenting in the bottle trapping the bubbles and making a delightfully refreshing sparkling wine or pétillant naturel. Zippy lemon and herbaceous honey-suckle.
