About

Here on the farm we only sell what we grow! Jacob and Amanda Baird run the day to day operations for Groomsville Popcorn with the help of our family and staff. We planted our first popcorn seed in 2015 and never looked back.

We take great pride in growing a healthy snack from non-GMO popcorn seed in the rich soil of Tipton County. We have a certified kitchen where we grow, process, and pop all of our non-GMO popcorn! We offer delicious flavors such as original sea salt, kettle, white cheddar, caramel, cheddar cheese, and the mix.

Amanda Baird has a M.S in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, and Jacob Baird has a B.S in Agronomy from Purdue. Through their years of experience and education they have learned how to use regenerative practices to grow popcorn. Our fields are always rotated, and we do not spray for insects. We believe that a health soil is the right soil! We only use non-GMO seed and incorporate soil health practices on our farm. We make sure that our popcorn is not cross pollinating with any other fields to offer you the best nutritious snack.
