About

Fight Juice is a local juice company, started in 2018 by DC native, Ivy Armstrong. We use a blending process to produce juice that includes all vegetable and fruit fiber, creating an entirely different product than standard cold-pressed juices.

A community oriented business, Fight Juice donates juice to schools to help nourish children in low income areas. We pride ourselves on making locally sourced, farm fresh vegetables not only accessible but easier to consume as a juice.

Our ambitions to donate one juice for every juice sold coupled with the uniqueness of our juice product have helped us generate popularity at our farmer's markets. We're grateful to be a part of some of the greatest farmer's markets in the DC area including Dupont Circle and Old Town Alexandria. The business we generate at these markets helps us grow and in turn increase our juice donations.

I am Ivy Armstrong, founder of Fight Juice. As a DC native, I value community. I started Fight Juice in 2018 after creating this juice to help battle my own high blood sugar diagnosis.

Fight Juice is black woman owned and almost entirely woman-operated. Every member of our team also volunteers in our local school nutrition program. We partner with schools and after-school programs to do juice demonstrations and educate children on vegetables and fruits. We have a team of women; Ivy, Zoila, Delia, Artise, Rhea, Rebecca, Angela and Kai- almost all DMV natives, that are committed to the growth of Fight Juice as a sustainable business and a community resource. We are all farmer's market junkies, excited to be apart of a system that connects local farmers to both consumers and underserved members of our communities.
