Manta's Ceviche

We specialize in Ceviche, a dish consisting of fish or shellfish cured in citrus and seasonings, served with finely chopped red onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro; splashed with extra virgin olive oil; finished with avocado and fried plantains. We offer both, white fish and shrimp. Also, we serve "aguas frescas," which are traditional Latin American fruit-based beverages to accompany the ceviche. Last, we do three kinds of hot sauces for those who prefer their ceviche a little spicy. All the recipes are based on the Pacific coastline of Ecuador, South America. Note: we will be opening a new brick and mortar space in Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam next month (Hickam side).
