Growing up in a small South Dakota town of just 600 people, I learned to appreciate the simple things in life and developed a lifelong love of creativity. Twenty-three years ago, I moved to Florida, where I continue to pursue my passion for art from my studio in our little country home in Dade City.
Over the years, I have explored many creative outlets, including scrapbooking, card making, and beading. Seven years ago, I discovered stained glass, and it quickly became my favorite artistic medium. I was drawn to the beauty of colored glass and the way light brings each piece to life.
I especially enjoy creating smaller stained glass pieces. Working on a smaller scale allows me to experiment with a variety of colors, designs, and subjects while keeping my work affordable and accessible. I love knowing that more people can enjoy handcrafted stained glass and find a special piece that speaks to them.
Every piece is carefully handcrafted in my studio, combining creativity, attention to detail, and a love for the craft. Through my work, I hope to create art that brings beauty, color, and joy into everyday life while sharing the passion I have found in stained glass.
