Egg Bunny Bistro

Hi there!

I'm Blessing Daye, the founder of Egg Bunny Bistro. I was previously a vendor last year with a different business I had that failed called Afrodeez Fast feast. The Parkdale market was so good to me through that time of figuring out my business. I am now happy to say that I have gone back to the drawing board and I am excited to introduce our unique, West African-inspired artisanal yeasty bread buns to the Parkdale Market! Our sweet, dense buns are shaped like adorable bunnies with ears, making them a hit with families and kids alike.

We use these special buns to create our delicious bunny burgers and sandwiches, topped with our signature eggs and a variety of fresh ingredients. We also offer warm breakfast bunnies and bunny burgers that are perfect for ending the day with a smile.
