The services I intend to offer at the farmers markets is a food cart as a cake topping bar. I sell cake cut into cubes, while offering a variety of toppings ranging from chocolate ganaches, to berries, to cookie crumbles. This setup allows customers to customize their cake pieces with their choice of toppings. My goal is to offer a simple yet innovative way for customers to enjoy a personalized dessert experience.
