Welcome to the 3rd Annual Party in the Park with Just a Few Friends!

Join us at the Truman Waterfront Park for a vibrant celebration of local art, incredible food, music, and community. This year’s festival brings together an amazing lineup of creative artisans, mobile food setups, and unique local talent for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Key West.

  • Location: Truman Waterfront Park, Key West, FL

  • Admission: Free to the public!

Information for Vendors: We are officially accepting applications for the 2026 season! Whether you operate out of a tent, a unique food truck lane, or an open grass footprint, we have designated spaces tailored to your setup.

  • Please ensure you fill out the newly updated configuration questions regarding your specific space requirements, vending setup type, and serving window side so our logistics team can perfectly place you on our interactive park layout map.

  • Applications will remain open until September 4, 2026.

Location: Truman Waterfront Park, Key West, FL

The Opportunity: Join us for the signature gathering of the Just a Few Friends weekend! Following the massive Second Line March through downtown, the crowd pours onto the Truman Waterfront lawn for a beautiful waterfront sunset concert featuring Mac McAnally, Will Kimbrough, and Howard Livingston & the Mile Marker 24 Band.

We drew 2,500+ attendees last year and are on track for 3,000+ this year.

Vendor Layout & Vibe: Our Island Time Market & Food Court wraps directly around the perimeter of the main concert lawn, giving your booth maximum visibility and constant, high-volume foot traffic from a relaxed, buying crowd. We are looking for a curated collection of local artists, makers, boutique fashion, food trucks, and chefs to showcase the very best of the island flavor.

Space is limited on the lawn—secure your spot and sell to thousands of festival-goers kicking back for the ultimate Key West evening!

* Inside the Walls Concert Series – Jefferson City, MO (2016–2018) Managed logistics and operations for high-profile national concert events inside the historic Missouri State Penitentiary, featuring headliners Travis Tritt (2016), Wynonna Judd (2017), and Big & Rich (2018).

* Capital Eclipse Celebration – Jefferson City, MO (2017) Coordinated logistics, vendor placement, and multi-site operations for a massive three-day celestial festival across the Capitol grounds and North Jefferson City park footprint, drawing tens of thousands of visitors and hosting the official NASA live broadcast.

* Thursday Night Live – Jefferson City, MO (2009–2019) Weekly summer concert series featuring music, food trucks, and artisan vendors.

* Key West Artisan Market – Key West, FL (2013–Present) Weekly in-season curated market with up to 90 local vendors and live performances.

* Truman Waterfront Market – Key West, FL (2019–Present) Weekly year-round Thursday market with up to 55 rotating vendors.

* Pigeon Key Art Festival – Marathon, FL (2017–2019) Two-day juried art show with 75 regional artists and makers.

* Florida Keys Seafood Festival – Key West, FL (2019–2022) Two-day food and cultural celebration with 80+ seafood and merchandise vendors.

* Race World Offshore World Championships Vendor Village – Key West, FL (2019–Present) Three-day vendor and sponsor showcase with 60+ booths and VIP hospitality zones.

* Black Friday Shopping Extravaganza - Key West, FL (2020 - Present) 9-hour vendor event with 70+ vendors at the waterfront on Black Friday.

* Fantasy Fest Market & Street Fair – Key West, FL (2022–Present) Annual one-day street market featuring 65+ vendors during Fantasy Fest.
