We are a local Growers Market - Farm Focused. We strive to bring fresh local meat, produce, dairy, breads and grains from our surrounding farms to our community members. We are a small rural, predominantly low income community, Our goal is to increase community access to good quality food at lower prices while supporting our local farmers. We have just enrolled in SNAP and will enroll next year in the EBT and other programs.
We are at the corner of Park and Main Street in downtown Rogue River. Accessible by bus, ADA friendly, centrally located along the main artery in town with plenty of auto/truck parking as well as ADA and bicycle parking. High visibility with a flat lot and asphalt surface allows for easier recognition by community members and improved sales for our vendors.
We are a Sunday market and our management style is helpful and accommodating. We are here to support our vendors with set up, navigating city permit processes and overcoming climate adversities to enhance their participation at market. Our desire is to forge new relationships and better education and recognition amongst community members that fresh farm products are available and affordable. We extend an Open-Hand to All while promoting inclusiveness and diversity with vendors and customers alike.
