After having kiddo, my body changed so much, and these abs turned into flab. I wanted to find something that would track my weight. But I also wanted to get back to my roots. I started researching. I found out about waistbeads. It was a new thing. The more research I do, the deeper my interest in getting closer to my spirituality, my ancestors, and mainly to God.
After seeing how waistbeads can assist in helping the self-esteem of women, our wombs create human life, and it changes all the time! It is the core of our being. We must nurture and protect it.
