I hand-sharpen kitchen and utility knives. This is my first year sharpening professionally, however, I have been honing my craft for several years. I am a trained whole-animal butcher and a home cook, and I am looking to expand my knife-sharpening business and eventually offer my services for scissors, shears, and other tools.
