Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in cooking, grilling, management, and customer service. Her passion is making customers happy by providing delicious, fingerlicking BBQ. She also is passionate about giving back to the community.
The name Skimke's originates from the first letter of each of the family members' name: Shaina, Kierra, Isaac, Monique, and Kimberly Eckles. The entire team loves providing high quality customer service and food.
