Pembroke Provisions offers catering and private chef services and is based in Ridgefield, CT. We specialize in French dishes and rely on local farms for our meat and produce. The business is looking to expand into meal delivery service once we are able to locate a commercial kitchen. For the moment, we are using a rental kitchen in Norwalk after C and K Kitchen closed recently.
I am the chef and owner of Pembroke Provisions and have recently started Pembroke Provisions. Previously, I lived and worked in Manhattan and worked as a chef and operations manager for the Cleaver Company, among other restaurants and catering companies. I am interested in promoting farm-to-table meals as a way to get people to socialize and enjoy good food and live in Ridgefield, CT with my two dogs who enjoy farm-to-table cooking as much as possible.
