We are based in Zaragoza, Spain; we have received the Michelin Star award for our olives in different marinades, mechanically pressed Picual Olive Oil and Modena (Emilia Romana, Italy) “real” Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto di Modena). We started 2 years ago at farmers markets in Dallas and now have a following in the thousands of people. Our company started in 1960, we are present in 20 countries, and we are determined to become a market leader here in Texas.
