We are based in Zaragoza, Spain; we have received the Michelin Star award for our olives in different marinades, mechanically pressed Picual Olive Oil and Modena (Emilia Romana, Italy) “real” Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto di Modena). We started 2 years ago at farmers markets in Dallas and now have a following in the thousands of people. Our company started in 1960, we are present in 20 countries, and we are determined to become a market leader here in Texas.

Born in Spain, moved to Texas in 2003. An Economist with a University of Chicago MBA.
My passion is to bring to American kitchens real Premium Organic Olive Oil, Premium aged real Balsamic from Italy and our amazing (best in Europe according to our Crystal award from Michelin Star Org in Brussels).
In a couple of years I have personally interacted with thousands of Texans offering our amazing family products. I love sharing why and how our product is so different from the staple commodity products sold at retailers across Texas, and the US. People follow us and recommend us every day. We would love to be given a chance to share with with Georgetown (and Austin), residents our incredible product.
