Description
We use an old fashioned copper preserving pan to make most of our small batch jams. For most of our jams we do not add commercial pectin to set the fruit mixture and can therefore use less sugar. Meaning more fruit in every jar! This process certainly takes longer, but we think the results are worth the extra effort.
