Salo Salo is a Filipino bbq stand established by a couple, Ryan and Jhasmine. We have created Salo Salo with a dream that one day, everyone can experience our home town through food. Barbecue stands are one of the many staple in the Philippines which we don’t have too many of here in Hawai’i. We believe that by creating a Filipino bbq food stand, it could bring all sorts of different people in our community together, enjoy and bond together. Salo Salo in Tagalog means feast, or gathering and eating together. It’s all about togetherness and this is what we hope our business to be.

Hello! We are the Sacro's, (and our puppy's name is Jingle). We recently got married back in September 2022 and we are starting off our first year of marriage by opening our own Filipino food stand. We both are very passionate when it comes to food, especially when it involves our culture. We both grew up in the Philippines and moved to Hawai'i at a young age. During our free time, we typically like to spend time with Jingle, going to the movies with friends and family, or just relax at home. Life can be so hectic at times so we consider our home as a "safe space" to destress, relax, and enjoy each others company.
