Ft. Wayne Children's Choir is celebrating 50 years this year! A new program has started for babies / toddlers and preschool children along with their parent or care taker. The First Steps in Music program is designed for children and their families to connect through singing, moving , playing games and simple instruments. We want ALL people to become "tuneful, beatful and artful"!

The people of FWCC are musicians in the Ft. Wayne, Allen County area. Many are music teachers who are very active within the community.
I am the Director of Early Childhood Music for the Ft. Wayne Children's Choir. I have been a music teacher for 37 yrs. in many different settings....rural, suburban, Title 1 schools. My husband and I are parents of 3 grown children. Music has played a very important role throughout all of our lives, not only as professional musicians but within our family, church and community.
