Hi, I'm Catherine Baab-Muguira, author of Poe for Your Problems: Uncommon Advice from History's Least Likely Self-Help Guru, which was published by Hachette in 2021 and won the International Poe Festival's Saturday “Visiter” Award in 2022. Most recently, the book was selected as a Library of Virginia Book Club pick.
I hand-sell signed copies for $10 a piece at festivals and sci-fi cons. The Artisan Market seems like it would be a great fit, too. Richmond is such a Poe town, and because this is a self-help book based on a goth hero, people who like one-of-a-kind crafts should also get a kick out of it. Signed books make great gifts.
