We are a Family owned business with ties to the Jamaican heritage. We have been grilling jerk chicken/pork for over 30 years. We bring this entity to the Midwest, especially in Des Moines, IA
We blend our recipes from Jamaican cooking to American grilling, so we really have our made meals
called "Jamerican".

My wife and I are partners in the company (she is a Jamaican. So through our many years we have brought the Jamaican cooking to Des Moines! This has enhanced us to spread the word on Jerk Products ie: jerk sauce, marinade, seasonings, Blue Mountain Coffee etc...throughout the Midwest. "Rice N Peas, jerk chicken/pork, Oxtail. festival (fried sweet dough) etc....
