Hi my name is Nina! I’m a first generation Vietnamese-American and excited to share my love for Asian cuisine with you. Growing up was different for me because out of all my siblings (I have A LOT), only 2 of us were actually born in the US. My family only knew their life in Vietnam so at home we were raised very traditionally, but once we were outside of home then we experienced the world like Americans did. This is how I learned to blend together traditional flavors of home cooking with modern serving styles to always make the meal exciting and fun. I’ve cooked for as long as I can remember. My favorite memories with my mom. This is my first time at really making a go of my dreams to own my own restaurant so I’m excited. I hope to my make an impact in this community!
