Classic, but distinctively creative tastes inspired by old-fashioned comfort foods, whimsical beverages and you! We're a husband and wife team who have a long-standing passion for food service. A career-military family with discerning standards, we've spent years preparing and serving foods at large community venues and for non-profit and charitable events. We founded Be Krafty because it's been our dream to take treasured family recipes, and those that we developed, "to the streets" operating from our own venue. Our bountiful, hand-crafted, Belgian-style waffles have been described as "fresh", "airy" and "scrumptious"! We offer sweet and savory menu options that will satisfy an appetite around the clock! You can order any krafty concoction stand-alone or pair your delicious waffle with one of our freshly-squeezed lemon/limeades, iced or hot coffee and tea - all of which may be uniquely flavored to your satisfaction. What's more, and you'd never know if we didn't tell you, we intentionally select our ingredients because they are gluten free (though we don't claim to be a gluten-free kitchen). Charming, animated and retro-reminiscent in mind, our kitchen was expertly constructed, sleekly finished and is maintained to impeccable standards; that's no less than what we would expect for ourselves and our family. We sincerely hope that our venue as well as the foods and drinks we create in it are fun, inviting and nostalgia inspiring.
