Mary Brill Art

My passion for art reignited during the pandemic as a way to help improve my mental health. My hope is to inspire others to find a positive outlet doing things that they love and to help end the stigmas surrounding mental health.
On the surface, much of my work seems whimsical and lighthearted, however, there is a deeper complexity below the surface. This juxtaposition is intended to shed light on my experiences struggling with anxiety and depression.
